I understand it, there will be weapons of either some quest villains, or your dead friends (+ there may be some other very significant heroes). The dead Jack's pistols (two pistols) are displayed on the wall. One can be put in a cache and it will be displayed on the stand. (These pistols can be picked up from Jack's memorial wall when his mother calls you to the wake.)
