Problems with phone calls (Cyberpunk 2077)

Every time I call someone V just says "I'll call later" or "No time for now" and hangs up.
And this effect is when I call someone, for example, dial some fixer. And when someone calls me. The character has time to say only the first line of the dialogue, after which V says "now is not the time" or "come on later" and that's it, the call ends. You cannot call back. You cannot repeat the call.
