Daylight problems (Cyberpunk 2077)

Guys who like Cyberpunk 2077 during the day, can you tell me which settings make the graphics, or the lighting ... um, normal? Having passed the prologue, I decided to go for a drive around the city and it was daytime. Oh, how my eyes hurt, especially in the desert, which is why I had to wait for the night and do quests without suffering.

Here, I made a couple of screenshots of those places where my eyes just died. And I also reduced the brightness. I kept thinking, in what old game I saw the same terrible daylight, from which my eyes were leaking, and I remembered that it was Dead Island. At night, on the contrary, everything is just fine, even though you put the mod on an eternal night, preferably with rain (as I understand it, rain in the game appears only in scripted scenes. The rest of the time I did not see rain close. Also, the sky during the day is always the same and the same with the same rare clouds).

If this nightmare is not fixed by the settings, then are there any mods?

Plus, the game has a very strange distant effect, which makes it seem that buildings in the distance and other objects are made by some kind of stupid sprites, and not full-fledged 3D models. Close up, everything becomes clear.

While Cyberpunk 2077 is in the active forum, a word about daylight coverage.
I also tried to sharpen this topic, because everyone has it, both with 8K and RTX3090. It turned out that half of the correspondents do not understand at all what they are talking about; for others, these lighting effects are, on the contrary, good. Well, for the third (for us with "-Raixs-"): the graphics settings of the game, except for the menu, are hidden in the game itself. One of the specialists discovered and counted, as he writes, more than a thousand settings. I adjusted the graphics of the game for myself, using the disabling of effects in the themes of increasing the FPS in the "Files" section of the forum and by changing the ini- files of the game. But the overexposure was partially affected. In ReChade, the found suitable setting adjusts this lighting only in the direction of increasing brightness. Experts are apparently not interested in this topic, and according to publications on the Internet, the game developers themselves consider the implementation of lighting to be their achievement.

I have a lighting problem only in the form of daytime driving in the wasteland from the 1st person. The light is very blind to the eyes. At the same time, from the 3rd person everything is absolutely normal.
At the expense of distant drawing, you don't think. The distant objects are sprites. This is clearly visible if you climb on the roof of a skyscraper and look at the road below, 2D cars will drive as if on their sides.

Oh, I'm not alone, one smart guy told me that I had a problem with a monitor that does not display tint))))) All this is because the game was not tested and released as it is, any tester would run dropping feces to the developers shouting " Nobody will play this if everything is left like that "But the testers are, in the end, we guys. We are waiting for patches. ;)
