Maximum CPU and GPU load under load

In the RDR 2 game, the temperature of the video card (RTX 2070 Super) is 70 degrees, sometimes 72. The processor (core i5 10400f) has 48-53 degrees. Are these indicators considered normal? Can I play and not worry? Thanks in advance for your answers.)
