But seriously write in the support, there is unlikely anyone will help you. Maybe their side of the issue,try to simply do it later.
I had a problem in Uplay c two-Factor verification,did not accept the code, but it turned out that it was necessary to change the time zone (for Moscow) and oddly enough it worked.
