Customizing the interface (Cyberpunk 2077)

How do I remove the yellow quest marker from the screen? Constantly looms before your eyes and spoils the whole dive. And yet, is it possible to change the scale of the interface? There is such a setting in the menu, but it does not change anything.

In theory, this is the Quest Marks switch in the interface menu. But it doesn't work. The health bar above enemies does not turn off either.
