What is this strange place? (Cyberpunk 2077)

The place is marked with a white circle, it is almost at the bottom of the map, there are some 2 secondary tasks, I go there, I get into the labyrinths, a place with escalators, there is a cinema room and something else, the question is that the marker points go into some kind of glass through which pass ... And the second place is also impassable .. How to get to those tasks?

There is an old shopping center - Grand Imperial Mall
There are quests.
1 quest on the plot will seem to be with a gang of woodists.
2nd side quest - fist fights. There will be a final fight.

Most likely you need to go through a plot quest to open access. But I donâ€™t know for sure.
