Are crimes recovered and is there any point in going through them? (Cyberpunk 2077)

I finish all the question marks on the map. And in this connection a question arose. Does it make sense to go through all the blue icons, and do they reappear?

they are not endless. You can close all points, for this they give achievements (complete all orders and police activities in the area).
