Compacky Plaza Meeting Room (Cyberpunk 2077)

I interrupted all the enemies, I go to the elevator and silence needs a chip and the officer's chip is 6 km down, autosave everything is at the elevator, what should I do?

Yes - this is a bug, he loves to teleport so much, there the whole game is in bugs, you will not see that yet. Just reload the save, you will kill it and take the chip from it. (Created a mail and an account to answer you)
