Unclear "texture" of surfaces (auto, concrete, asphalt) (Cyberpunk 2077)

Good day! Help pliz! I play Cyberpunk 2077 on medium (my system is ay5 2800, Gifors 1060 6 GB, 8 GB of RAM). I can not remove some "grain" or "texture", something like wet asphalt (see. screen: on the footpath) Thanks in advance.

"Grain" is turned off in the graphics settings, nothing more than I will not help

Reflection quality - off. Reflections will remain, grain will disappear.

is reda did this with reflections in order to add a "charm" effect, making almost all surfaces mirrored. I think this is a complete moronism. Mirror asphalt, concrete, walls, bricks, buildings, YES, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING.
