How to downgrade to version 1.3? (Cyberpunk 2077)

Now, the latest version is 1.04. Is it possible somehow without pumping about 100GB to roll back to 1.03, which was on the day the game was released? Maybe somewhere you can download only those files that were changed by patch 1.04?
