New laptop, low fps.

In fact, what I bought means a laptop - TUF FX505DT-HN629 with an AMD Ryzen 5 3550H 2.10 GHz processor with 16 GB of RAM (two dies), a geforce gtx 1650 video card with 4 GB. Installed me win10, drivers, everything, at first I started Dota 2 (we are all sinners) everything went well, but then nvidia through its application offered an update 460. and then problems started, the FPS even in the menu is less than 10. The driver rolled back to 457 (the only ones I got to), increased the swap files to 30k mb, deleted the nvidia ex application.Nothing has changed, tell smart people what else to try to fix (changing the settings in games does not change anything)

removed the nvidia ex app.
What is this application, if GeForce Experience, it was necessary not to uninstall but to do a clean installation of the driver, if you don't want to install this program again, just download the driver from the NVIDIA website, just select the version for laptops, and then do a clean installation.
Then set maximum performance in the power supply, and select a high-performance Nvidia processor in the NVIDIA control panel.

In the Nvidia panel, check to see if DSRs are ticked if they are unchecked.

And so it is necessary to specifically look at what you screwed up there.
