How and where can Concrete Donkey be used? (Worms World Party)

You can find it in the boxes, but keep in mind - the donkey is a very rare and powerful weapon.

Something I did not find in the boxes at all, in other games of the series I remember it was given right at the beginning, maybe there are some levels where it is given at first, or can you still get it somehow?
