We had such a problem that I cannot connect to a friend and he downloaded a VPN to me and all that but still.This is how it is displayed, my prologue passed.

check ports and ip so that "white" was not "gray". There was such a trawl, it turned out the provider issued a gray ip, a couple of ip shifts and voila, NAT is open, connection without problems
