The game does not see the mod (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Good day! I just ran into such a problem, installed v 1.31, launched the game through the Nexus Mod Manager and did not find any previously installed mods in it ... Saves were thrown with v 1.22. Pirate. I can't figure out what the problem is ...
