Mysterious Juvel (c) (Diablo 2)

Someone here has already asked the hells to tell what kind of live game it is better to sell to players than to akare, but there was no detailed answer.

The 7fhr / 9dex / 9str are especially appreciated. If you're lucky, you can get an additional mod with a cut.
