Monorail (Fallout 4)

I can't get to Nuka world on the monorail, it takes off after I pass the mountain. License. Tried reinstalling the game without mods. There is no effect. Disabled mods - zero reaction.
Does anyone know how to solve this case? Tell me please.

Either something is wrong in the system (drivers, libraries), or in the story there is something superfluous / missing. Try other quests before the trip.

Found a way to get over the monorail. First, I deleted the game, and then deleted the folders from the mods and the NMM itself. I reached the Nuclear Worlds safely. I installed all the mods back. Let's see what will happen next.
