Monitor AOC G2460Pqu (max 144hz) Problem

Hello everyone, I have a problem with this monitor AOC G2460Pqu in cs 1.6 steam
Everyone I think they know that freq and refresh do not work on steam 1.6, because the cop takes hertsovka from the desktop.
So, I put 60 - 75 - 100 - 120 - 144. So in the cop there is not at all any difference with any hertzovka, but on the contrary, only problems with sharp movements of the mouse are some small friezes, when clamping the same thing. I thought fps, but there is no net_graph stable 100.
On the previous monitor, not a gaming BenQ that holds a max of 75 hertz, the difference between 60 and 75 is very noticeable in terms of smoothness.
And what about gaming nonsense.
I also looked in the settings of the monitor itself what the frequency is when in cc, so it shows everything correctly and it feels like someone is 40-50 hertz or even lower.
What could be the problem ?
