No DLC (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I recently bought a GOTY edition for my ps 4. I downloaded it, but there are no additions. the main menu displays what is loaded, but there are no quests in the game itself. maybe they shouldn't appear in the list right away? and is it possible to somehow change the style of the main menu? I remember downloading a pirate to my bucket (stable 12 fps) and there the menu was from Blood and Wine. I liked her much more than the other two.

style cannot be changed, because this is an update of the game and not just a mod.
