Regardless of which frame rate setting is enabled (30.60 or not ogre), the game works according to the monitor's refresh rate, i.e. 144Hz. Enabled forced synchronization in the driver (372.70), but to no avail.

The PC version has from year to year problems with frame rate, which gets lost during the game, vertical sync, so it's not surprising.
