A new fix has been posted on the Promo website. Revision 3 of ProMods 2.11 + RusMap 1.6.3 unofficial fix. From Vladzz-G Change 3 2.11 ProMods + RusMap 1.6.3 unofficial fix.
It now includes improved Russian and Belarusian license plates. (FYI, these improvements have been applied in the ProMods package since 2.11);)
