Can't get on the beta airship. Bug (Batman: Arkham Knight)

Can't get on the beta airship of the stag to solve riddler riddles. When the speech synthesizer is directed to the door in the bow of the ship, nothing happens, do you really have to go through the game again, can you somehow get around this bug?
