Graphics glitches (The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings)

Who will explain to me: this is so necessary that even at ultra-settings, the textures often seem to crumble (that is, not smooth, but mesh),
I do not play at ultra, but decided to check. with any settings such "interference".

This is why we buy new cards, to experience the graphics from seven years ago in all their glory.

Such bugs were at the release of the game, and even now, after a mountain of patches, everything remains the same: textures are crumbled into pixels, people appear two meters from the hero, details are drawn on the go.
By the way, in the third witcher, in battle, too, the image crumbles into pixels. Maybe that's why they came up with the "motion blur" option.
In other games, I did not notice this.

The problems known to me are the noise of shadows,
it is partially cured by increasing the resolution of shadows in the config to 2048 or 4096. the default is 512 like.
through pixels, the engine dissolves one model, replacing another, and so on. there's nothing special to do here except nvidia dsr screw up
