Guys help (Fallout 4)

So I decided to play fallout 4, put 30-40 mods (via nmm), I play on very high difficulty (before survival) because I don't want to run around the map, which cannot be done in survival, what's the point. I want it harder to put myself x1.5 damage and enemies x3. but the problem is that I vanshot everyone at me almost do not damage the enemies at all x5 but still. Help plz, I hope I explained all the rules

I am using the ENEMIES LEVEL mod now SCALE in all zone (early-late game) - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6957/ ?.
You shouldn't yawn :-) NPCs of my level and life is demolished with a bang :-) However, not all. I came across that, for example, a supermoot of my level, and next to it - the 12th :-)
