Optimizing MBT (Doom (2016))
I am the owner of an AMD R9 380 card, and the game gives out from 60 to 30 fps, the jumps are very sharp, this is most likely due to the fact that the game runs on openGL, and not on directx, as I understood in my doom, I will not play like all cardholders from amd.InSaneJeSter
I have a very persistent feeling that nothing will change before the release, because there is only a month left before the game is released. (And I really want me to be wrong)

You shouldn't think so, because even in the official news and correspondence it was said that in the beta test everything will be cut down.
zimmer600
well, I don’t know, I have 60 fps on r9 290, no drawdowns, the game works fine

even at r9 390 drawdowns up to 45 fps (there are tests on YouTube), you get magic cards.

because there are thousands of different configurations, one is stable, and the other with drawdowns, it is quite possible due to a weak processor that does not open the video card or a slow hard drive or a problem in something else, but the point is that the developers they simply cannot optimize the game for each configuration; well, your video card may be overheating or the firewood is old or the percentage does not open the video card, in general, anything, but you should have a stable 60 fps, I think this will not happen on the day the game is released

yes old crimson 16.4.1 firewood, the processor is also full of i5-4570 slag and hardly opens my video card, well, the game is on a shitty ssd, but the fact remains that I'm not the only one, if they don't fix it for release (and I will buy a game, since the incentive can now issue a refund) that means I flew with a thought. (oh, if there was still money for the 6th generation i7 and the 980 ti, I definitely wouldn't have any problems)
Everything works fine. Stable 60 frames. Not a single frieze or slowdown was not even in the hottest moments. But I admit that this is due to the practical lack of graphic settings. I think everything may change by the time of release, and not for the best. Anyway. Wait and see.
let's see how it will be in the final version, the more there is little to wait.

So this is the amd that I can in openGl, but on nvidia stable 60 frames even at 1440p)
