Split screen PC (Borderlands 2)

Who will help ??? Can't launch a split screen game. I watched the instruction from another source http://forums.steamgames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2943265
but it doesn't work. And I just want to run the game in a split screen like in Resident evil 5 or L4D, L4D2
