Return to Syria !! (Rise of the Tomb Raider)

Good afternoon, I bought a license, I play, only 12% passed. I wanted to know if a return to Syria is possible in the future? I want to go 100% like the first part, but I did not collect one document in Syria.

in Syria there is no camp with a fire, which means it is not possible.
