DLC activation (Assassin's Creed 3)

I downloaded a repack from the mechanics with all the dlts, it says that they are activated, everything is there, everything is hurt. I inserted my saves and I don't see a single dlts. Neither the mission of any opened, nor in the main menu Tyranny of Washington is available (Writes that the connection to the server is not available). Maybe you need to press something to activate it, or saves prevent them from being activated or something. Who knows what the problem is? The tablet is there from Reloaded.
