Need your advice on installing mods from the steam workshop. (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

In general, I put mods from the workshop, but they don't work. To work, download and install, you need to switch the game properties to English, then back to Russian. And every time it takes a long time to update and synchronize the assembly. How to make everything fit and work right under the Russian version without constantly switching to English?

On my computer, mods are not downloaded to the game folder, but to a separate folder. Steam and Steam games on different discs. Look somewhere in workshop -> contect. There will be numbers for the name of the mods.

I do this: grab the mod and move it to where I need it without any launchers and unnecessary downloads. Of course we have to remember where everything sits from the workshop.
