What do the heads of raider gangs give? (Fallout 4)

Completed 5 tasks of Adepts, Operators and Packs, besides experience and caps, will they give anything else?
or can you not get dirty?

Purely farm tasks and that's it. If you go through the Newkov quest tasks for the bandits, you can get some kind of weapon from them, but it's so-so.

it like the Thieves Guild has 5 quests in each city?
I had an idea to do it too, but I realized that ordinary radiants
