Mountains Shimmer (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Skyrim license, video Gtx 560 ti, the latest drivers, just in general at the exit from the whiterun, if you look into the distance, the mountain is very sensitive to the right, the mountain flickers a lot, if you go further it doesn't flicker, but if you come closer it starts to flicker and when I press ESC the whole game hangs with ends, tell me what it can be?
