doomstar (Master of Orion (2016))

How many death stars can a player have? I always thought I was alone.
But yesterday I was attacked by Bulrathi with 3 dumstars in the fleet. How so?

By the way, one more thing: they attacked me without further declaration of war. They just demolished half of my fleet, which stood in their way, and let's continue to be friends, offer trade. But this is an obvious bug, the question is about the number of dumstars.

As much as you want - limit command points. They could declare war at the first attack. Check the latest patches

I have points, but after building one option for building a dumstar, it disappears on all planets.
As for the attack - no war was declared! After! attacks. Here's the bug.
