Problem after mods. Requires original files version 1.21 (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

There was a problem after installing the mod
Witcher 3: Wild Hunt "AMM - The Appearances Menu Mod (http://www.playground.ru/files/witcher_3_wild_hunt_amm_the_appearances_menu_mod-106526/)
The problem is that I deleted all files from the mods folder but in the there are still recipes from this mod in the menu fights things. When installing it, I changed the original files in the bin folder ..... file - input.settings in ... Documents The Witcher 3 ... File input. xml in ... The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt bin config r4game user_config_matrix ps. throw

So reinstall the game, what's the problem? Just save the saves folder before that.
