System error (Batman: Arkham Asylum)

The game was installed, but when it starts, the "ShippingPC - BmGame.exe - System Error" window opens and says - The program cannot be started, since wxmsw28u_vc_custom.dll is missing on the computer. Try reinstalling the program.
