Steam achievements not opening (Borderlands)

I bought a bundle with this game and all the add-ons, defeated the problems and errors with the launch, the problems with the crash, there was only one problem left - the achievements in the incentive do not count and do not open. I lost 20 hours, not a single achievement. I read foreign forums, the solutions that were written there did not help. Maybe someone came across? I don't know what to do at all.
