There are some spots on the hand. Looks like something from the ghouls picked up.
if the character's face also shines through like wax, that is, such a boog,
then it is, but then it is not when the slime is turned on.

Try changing your lighting settings. For many, these glitches went after the last patch.

Try to run the game at minimum, disabling all additional options. If the problem persists, then change the firewood or wait for fixes and patches.
The problem with laziness. I play minimums because my computer is a bucket.
It's not like that for you. Damn.
Can't you guess how to twist the graphon settings yourself?

This problem with the darkening of the pip- boy , etc., appeared in many players recently, I tried to change the lighting options on my own (I wanted to see how it looks), but I never caught such a bug.

The problem appeared after updating nvid drivers to version 372.54, provided that SSAO was used. If HBAO + is enabled, then there was no problem - just like that for me. They also write that there is no such problem in the new 372.70 drivers. But I can't confirm it, since HBAO + was turned on for me initially.
The same crap started with version 372.54. Now I updated it to 372.70, everything went back to normal. The volumetric light was turned off, and so it was HBAO + ultra.
