TES 3,4,5 on a laptop slow down

Hello wise people of PG. This humble slave has come for your advice. I recently bought a laptop: AMD A8-7410 with 2.2 GHz, 6GB of RAM, Radeon R7 440M graphics card. I bought not for modern novelties, but for games like those in the title of the topic (Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, etc.). I came across the fact that even Morrowind slows down on this laptop, but a game like World of Tanks on the average -high settings quietly produces 40-45 fps. Later I found out that the laptop uses a Radeon R5 Graphics video card, tried to change this through AMD Catalyst (I showed high performance, but nothing changed). I hope you'll give me a hand:)
