Bethesda.net (Fallout Shelter)

Hi guys, I need help. In Bethesda.net I got the Fallout Shelter, but instead of the "install" button there is a "buy" button.
How do I install Fallout Shelter?

Why do you need a launcher? There is enough free access to the game in the net.
