How to remove blur? (Need for Speed: Undercover)

I play at maximum settings, there are practically no brakes, but I can't play for more than 30 minutes because of the terrible blur and the terrible sun. How to disable it, the patch with the texture of the result was not successful. Tell me how to be.

Smoothing does not remove the blur (and actually shouldn't;)
"image parameters> trace> trace effects> average."
Removes not completely, but already playable (for min. And off. Generally good) :)
By the way, the difference between min. and off. did not notice.
