2 mod (Far Cry 3)

Guys, how to combine 2 mods? Mix Mod by Sabbat and Ultra low settings.
They both ask to replace patch.dat and patch.fat, and when I threw them together, the game crashes.
Please tell me how to combine them or throw a ready-made patch.dat and patch.dat with these mods.
