Game crashes when opening trade window (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

The crash occurs as soon as the trading window opens, at first this was not.

At first I thought some kind of object was just buggy.
I tried it without objects, everything is fine.
But you only need to add 1 item, that's it, it crashes.
I sit normally in the inventory ...
One more moment, if I remove everything from the "equipment" tab, the game does not crash, but when the tab is switched to another section, it crashes ...
