Road texture bug (Far Cry 4)

in short, here is such an incomprehensible bug, video GTX 560 ti, latest drivers, wines 7, repack from mechanics version 1.10.0, this bug is visible only through the camera and only at maximum zoom, not that it interferes much, I just want to know if this is a bug the game itself or maybe something is wrong with the computer?

Just checked it out for fun; no breaks-joints of textures are observed.
IMHO, there may be a whole bunch of reasons:
- graphics settings (I checked on high);
- outdated video card driver;
- Something was clever by the Mechanics with repacking (compression) of textures;
-? ..

graphics are high, the driver is new now, but I'm just updating today, I donâ€™t know for sure about the repack, maybe they were tricky, but everything else is fine with the game ...
