Assassin Contracts (Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag)

I don't have 2nd murder contracts on the islands of Corozal and Grand Cayman. The island is not considered 100% completed due to contracts, but the contract cannot be fulfilled, although it is written that it has not been fulfilled. Help plis.
