No mod view on x box one (SnowRunner)

When you enter the "view modifications", it says: "User content is prohibited for your account" What is the reason for this error and what should I do to make the mods appear?

I also have User Submissions disabled for your account in 17.2 windows 7

Registered for mod.io? To activate mods in the game, you need authorization on this site.
I won’t tell you how to do this on xbox, I don’t play it there. But on PC it's a must.

I downloaded 17.0 pirated on my PC and when I click on view mods it says "Custom mods are not available for your account". Help me please

I have the same problem, despite the mod.io, token and other dances with a tambourine. Game version 17.0 pirate on PC. Apparently, all this on mod.io is needed for a licensed game, and for a pirate, in the latest version, the developers closed it all, depriving pirate players of the opportunity to install mods for the game.
