Elixir of Purification does not work (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I put it in the quick access menu, but I can't use it. It disappears from the quick menu as soon as I exit my inventory. Tell me what to do, knowledgeable people.

Why did you even need to put it on the quick-use cell? It's not some kind of food ... Double click or click + E don't work?
