The problem with the job. (NieR: Automata)

Hello! Faced with this problem :
Completed the task Sorting Problem (all parts). At the end of 3rd job the idea as a reward to give different nishtyaki Type-40 Sword. But for some reason I didn't get the sword. What to do?

Type-40 Sword give for another quest from the operator 6O(operator 2B), there is a quest like with sandy rose.
