registration problem (Warcraft 3)

When registering, I can not enter some letters and numbers, namely:
"123456sdfzxcv", I tried to reinstall the varik, it did not help. But somehow it turned out to run normally through the antivirus in sandbox mode, but it's not convenient to play like that, since the varik is running in the window.
