There are jambs with this, I get out of the situation by launching from the game folder. I start the launcher with a connection check with the server, as soon as the check ends and the play button from the folder is on, I run testdrive2.exe from the admin, and it starts normally. Sometimes it doesn't help either, then restart the computer.
