Delamane, call, bug, quests in the ass (Cyberpunk 2077)

In short, for all his quests, the pipe is not taken when I roll into the quest zone. As a result: the quest does not even start, and he does not even try to call again. Has anyone found a solution to this bucket? Since 2005, I have not seen such shit in games so that quests break down tightly.

Delamine is generally bugged all over. At the very beginning he gave me a bug with projections when calling. In any call, from other NPCs, he was there too. In 1.05 it was removed, but there was a bug with the fact that the images were torn and float in different directions. It's better not to touch this square at all.
