Post-patch graphics issues (Cyberpunk 2077)

I put hotfix 1.05 on the hathab repack and got it. Before the patch everything was fine, and if you change the graphics settings, then the distortions will be different. Does anyone know how to solve?
ps patch is not gogo, special for pirates
